Delivery and Returns


We aim to send your order within 2 working days. We will choose a courier at our discretion, which means your order may require a signature to complete delivery.

You will receive a postage confirmation email when your order has been posted. Once posted, your order will take 3 - 5 days to be delivered. If you do not receive your order within 7 days of your postage confirmation email, please contact


We do not accept returns unless your order has arrived faulty or damaged.

You will be liable for covering the cost of returning your item. To request to return an item, please email within 10 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds if returns requests are received after 10 days from your purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund you were expecting, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds require time to be processed.
